Micromax is tightening their presence in almost all Smartphone segment. They have wide range of Smartphone in entry level to high end categories. Last week Micromax launched their there new entry level Smartphone Micromax Bolt A69.The phone is now listed on Micromax website revealing its specification.
The Device is powered with 1Ghz dual-core Broadcom (BCM21663) ARM Cortex A9 processor backed by 512MB RAM. It provides good performance for standard use. The multitasking performance of the phone is quite low at this specification. The phone comes with an inbuilt memory of 4GB and it can be expandable up to 32GB with external memory slot.
Micromax Bolt A69 is equipped with 4.5 inch TFT display. The display has 480 x 854 pixel resolution, which gives decent clarity with finer details to view movies, photos etc. It lacks an HD display. But at this price point this is acceptable.
On camera department it comes with 5MP rear snapper and VGA camera at the front end.They also provided an LED flash for low light shooting. The camera gives decent picture and videos.Don't expect high quality pictures from it,however at this price it shows good performance.
The device is backed with 1800 mAh battery which delivers up to 7 hours of talk time and up to 350 hours of standby time. This Dual SIM (GSM+GSM) phone runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly beans. The chance of getting updated to Android Kitkat is less. The main Connectivity features of the phone are Bluetooth , Wifi, AGPS, Micro-USB, GPRS/ EDGE and 3G.
The phone comes with pre loaded apps like M!Live, M!Games, Kingsoft Office, Opera mini etc.
