The South Korean Smartphone giant Samsung planing to launch a new tablet to their Galaxy Tab portfolio. The tablet is named as Samsung Galaxy Tab S which comes in two variants. One is big with 10.5 inch screen size and another is with 8.4 inch screen. Both tablets come with Wifi only and LTE supported variants. The first exclusive images of the tablet leaked on Sammobile.com claimed that the device is coming with finger print sensor. Samsung Galaxy Tab S will be the Samsug’s first tablets to come with fingerprint scanner technology.It uses same fingerprint sensors that are used in Samsung Galaxy S5.
The report from Sammobile.com suggest that the tablets is equipped with WQXGA (2560×1600 pixels) AMOLED display. At first look it looks similar to Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1. The backside pattern looks similar to company's latest flagship phone Samsung Galaxy S5.
The reports suggest that the alleged Samsung Galaxy Tab S comes with amazing hardware specifications. The device will run on Octa-core Exynos 5 (5420) chipset with four 1.9GHz Cortex-A15 cores and four 1.3GHz Cortex-A7 cores coupled with a massive 3GB of RAM.. For ultimate graphics and multimedia performance the device is powered with hexa-core ARM Mali-T628 GPU.
On photography department it comes with 8-megapixel rear snapper with full HD 1080p video recording, and 2.1-megapixel front cameras. The tablet will run on latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat backed by Samsung's stylish Magazine UX.
